A Police Escort over the Mississippi River

This morning Hannah, Lydia, and I woke up from a slumber full sleep at Pat's house. She was such a good lady. I'm still in disbelief that she opened her home to us!

Rachel, Layne, Hannah, Lydia, and I rode together for much of the day. Then Hannah, Lydia, and I pace lined to a rest stop along the Mississippi River! It was flooded over, but a bunch of us ventured in while waiting for a police escort into Missouri!

It was awesome crossing over the Mississippi River with or whole entire group! I currently don't have any pictures of it, but it was an awesome experience. We all felt a little bit famous. Once we got to Hannibal we went to a woman's pool for a swim. It was super refreshing.

You can see me awkwardly in the corner floating on a basketball hoop. Our group went into downtown Hannibal after the swim, and we explored the historic town Mark Twain was raised in! 

Then we ate dinner and played more knockout, and it was glorious! I almost won. One day I will!
